Finding what motivates you is probably one of the hardest things to find in this life. Behind your loved one and your car keys or wallet. Its a fire that starts inside every single one of us and we have the option of putting more fuel on the flames or let them burn out. We get so caught up in our grownup lives that we tend to forget what callings we have.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with you doing your 9-5 to pay those bills. Right now I'm doing about 9-8 so I know how It feels to feel those flames slowly start to die out. I do believe that our inner flames die out, HOWEVER they do not fully burn out. There is still a little spark that gets left behind but just like with any spark. You need a lot more work turning it back into a flame. For doing music for about 10 years, I've came to realize that you need to at least keep throwing fuel on your inner fire once in a while because these flames we have inside of ourselves define who we are. No matter if you work in fast food, law firm, doctor, or a truck driver. These job labels do not define us. Its that passion, that flame that truly show's who we are. This is something that is very important to me because if it was up to me I would be touring the country, doing show's and handing out my music. Unfortunately we all have bills to pay because I am self reliant so you have to find a healthy median. It is a goal in life to do exactly that and be out seeing you beautiful people face to face. Until then, keep listening and send anyone you know to staxhq.com. If you are reading this, you mean more than you know. Have a great night.
